The long-term performance of any concrete structure is decided long before construction begins, at the point where Concrete Technology principles are translated into a reliable mix and a durable design. This training course gives participants a complete, practical grounding in concrete technology, connecting mix design decisions directly to durability performance and long-term structural reliability.
Participants will strengthen their understanding of concrete mix proportioning and how material selection shapes fresh and hardened concrete properties, and will build practical competency in selecting and applying admixtures to achieve specific performance targets. The course places strong emphasis on assessing and improving durability under real exposure conditions, and develops sound skills in evaluating and controlling compressive strength as a key performance indicator throughout the concrete lifecycle.
